A planner reviewing a couple's photographs at her desk

Four ways to work with us.

Every wedding is quoted once we have seen the date, the venue and the guest count.

Full planning

From the engagement to the last dance. You make the decisions and we do everything that surrounds them.

Who it is for
Couples who want the whole thing held for them, and couples planning from another city or another country.
What we handle
  • Venue search, site visits and contract review
  • A budget built with you, then tracked and reported against
  • Every vendor sourced, compared, negotiated and contracted
  • Full design: palette, florals, paper, tables, lighting and the look of the room
  • Guest travel, accommodation blocks and arrival schedules
  • Floor plan, seating and the order of the evening
  • A timeline built to the minute and issued to every vendor
  • Rehearsal run by us, and both of us with you for the whole weekend
Investment
Quoted individually, once we have seen the date, the venue and the guest count.
Next step
Send an inquiry with your date and venue. The first call is a conversation, not a pitch.

Partial planning

You have a venue and a start. We take the decisions still open, tidy the ones already made, and carry the rest.

Who it is for
Couples who began confidently and have run out of hours, or who want a professional eye on what is already booked.
What we handle
  • A review of everything already booked, including the contracts
  • Remaining vendors sourced and negotiated
  • Design refined into something that holds together
  • Budget reviewed and tracked from where you are now
  • Floor plan, seating and the order of the evening
  • A timeline built to the minute and issued to every vendor
  • Rehearsal run by us, and both of us with you for the whole weekend
Investment
Quoted individually, once we have seen the date, the venue and the guest count.
Next step
Send us your current vendor list and we will tell you honestly what is missing.

Wedding management

You planned your own wedding. We take it over in the final weeks so you are not the person answering the florist at eight in the morning.

Who it is for
Couples who have done the work themselves and want the weekend run by someone who does this for a living.
What we handle
  • Every booked vendor confirmed by phone, with the contracts read
  • A venue walkthrough before the date
  • A full timeline built from what you have already planned
  • One point of contact for vendors, venue and family
  • Rehearsal run by us
  • Setup supervised, and the room checked before your guests see it
  • Final payments and gratuities distributed on the day
  • Breakdown, and your things returned to the right people
Investment
Quoted individually, once we have seen the date, the venue and the guest count.
Next step
Tell us your date and where you are up to. This one can start later than you think.

Traditional and white wedding

Two ceremonies, planned as two days that belong to each other. A different job from one wedding with a costume change.

Who it is for
Families holding a traditional ceremony as well as a white wedding, whether on the same weekend or weeks apart.
What we handle
  • Both days planned separately, with their own running order
  • The order of rites taken from your family and the people who lead them
  • Separate guest lists, separate vendors, separate budget lines
  • Outfit changes built into the timeline rather than hoped for
  • Drivers, hosts and vendors briefed against the traditional running order
  • Travel and accommodation for family arriving from abroad
  • Both of us present on both days
Investment
Quoted individually, once we have seen the date, the venue and the guest count.
Next step
Tell us which ceremonies you are holding and who in the family leads them.

What it costs.

We do not publish a price list, and the reason is practical rather than coy.

Two weddings with the same guest count can be twice the work apart, depending on the venue, the number of ceremonies, how many countries the guests are flying from and how much has already been booked badly.

Send the date, the venue if you have one, the guest count and the level of help you think you want. You get a written quote with the scope attached, so you can see exactly what is in it and what is not before you decide anything.

How early should we call you?

Sooner is better, and the venue is the reason. Full planning usually starts a year or more out, because that is when the good dates and the good vendors are still open. Wedding management can start much later. If your date is close, ask anyway rather than assuming.

Can you work with vendors we have already booked?

Yes, and we will read their contracts before we do. If we think one of them is a problem, we will tell you and explain why rather than quietly working around it.

Do you plan the traditional ceremony as well?

Yes, and we plan it as its own day. That is the fourth service above.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before we start.

How many weddings do you take at once?

Fewer than we are asked to. We would rather turn a date down than split our attention across two of them.

What do you need from us?

Decisions, and honesty about the budget. We can plan almost anything around a real number. We cannot plan anything around a number that is not the real one.
